These are utilities for editing and playing Battlezone. They are all ones that I like to use, but did not create (I'm not down with the programming skills, well...I do know BASIC.)

Battlezone Control Panel by: Willie Goebel

Once you have unzipped a map into your addon folder, this will allow you to launch singleplayer maps, and enable multiplayer maps. This way you don't need to mess with the netmis.txt

Map Namer by: Marc Bellingrath

This program will allow a mapmaker to rename a newly created map like multdm32 to a name like marsbttl, this will prevent duplicate map names when these files are distributed for download.
